Sigh up with SNAP by using laptop or can download application on smart
phone /tablet/I pad. It will show up all ongoing offers which are
available, and you can buy the item specified. Don't forget to upload
receipt (take picture of receipt)once uploaded it will show the receipt
as pending status and later approved money gets credited to your
account. When the account reaches $20 you can request cheque which they
will send to your address.
